{"id":116,"date":"2015-10-10T18:28:00","date_gmt":"2015-10-10T16:28:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/quentinjanicot.fr\/?p=116"},"modified":"2020-03-28T18:34:43","modified_gmt":"2020-03-28T17:34:43","slug":"courir-avec-moderation-preserve-la-sante","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/quentinjanicot.fr\/index.php\/2015\/10\/10\/courir-avec-moderation-preserve-la-sante\/","title":{"rendered":"Courir &#8211; avec mod\u00e9ration &#8211; pr\u00e9serve la sant\u00e9 !"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Depuis 2001, une \u00e9quipe de chercheurs danois du <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/www.frederiksberghospital.dk\/\" target=\"_blank\">Frederiksberg Hospital<\/a> (Copenhague) a suivi une cohorte de 5049 personnes, dans ce qui constitue l\u2019une des plus grandes \u00e9tudes \u00e9pid\u00e9miologiques conduites actuellement en Europe, afin d\u2019\u00e9valuer l\u2019influence de l\u2019activit\u00e9  physique sur la sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn.pixabay.com\/photo\/2019\/11\/16\/23\/21\/marathon-4631286_960_720.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Parmi ces participants \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tude, 1 100 coureurs et 413 s\u00e9dentaires, qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 suivis sur une p\u00e9riode de 12 ans. Dans le cas des sportifs, les informations de course \u00e9taient  enregistr\u00e9es (dur\u00e9e, distance et fr\u00e9quence) afin d\u2019\u00e9tablir des profils types. Ils ont ainsi pu \u00e9tablir que ceux ayant le <strong>rythme de course le plus soutenu<\/strong> (plus de 7 heures par semaine) avaient le <strong>m\u00eame taux de mortalit\u00e9 que les s\u00e9dentaires<\/strong>, alors que <strong>ceux courant mod\u00e9r\u00e9ment<\/strong> (environ 4h30 par semaine) avaient <strong>30% de risque en moins de mourir pr\u00e9matur\u00e9ment<\/strong> !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Peter Schohr, l\u2019un des chercheurs, en arrive \u00e0 la conclusion suivante :<br> \u00ab\u00a0<em>Il est important de souligner que la cadence lente du jogging correspond d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e0 un exercice intense pour l\u2019organisme<\/em>. <em>Alors imaginez le cas d\u2019une allure soutenue, r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9e durant plusieurs ann\u00e9es\u2026  Dans ces conditions, cette activit\u00e9 peut vraiment endommager le syst\u00e8me cardiovasculaire.
