document utile concernant vos ant\u00e9c\u00e9dents ou traitements en cours.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments ne sont <strong>pas obligatoires<\/strong>, mais peuvent contribuer \u00e0
